"The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach."

"First of all the place looked like it was falling apart ! There was mold all in the shower the rug was discusting! And we were never given clean towels and my husband had to go downstairs for toilet paper there was only 1/4 roll in the room I’m going to call the department of health to report them ! Please do not go there ! "

"This property was probably the most run down, dirtiest place I have ever stayed. However in saying that, it was just bought by the person who checked us in. His staff had showed up late, and it’s the off season. He was so nice and pleasant though, and so was she. Even the police who were parked a street over said to cut our losses and go stay somewhere else. We stayed anyway though, just for the adventure, and like I said…they were very nice. " this place should not be allowed to stay open....ceiling in bathroom falling apart, a/c noisy and burning smell when running. The sheets were dirty and not changed with several layers of sheets on the bed all filthy, and stains on the floor by each bed, plus over all room dirty and smelly...i left the day i checked in and moved to another hotel asked for the other day refund ,was denied...disquesting!"
