"They say its being renovated the last 2 years ive ive stayed. It still just looks rundown. Stayed there 3 years ago and it was excellent. Dont know if they sold out to someone but my every stay since has looked worse and worse. I like there pool stayes open 24 7 and there breakfast bar is great. My room floor was dirty. Checked in at 7 pm and the complimentary coffee station was all cold. Would i stay again. Yes . I deal with the other things for the amenities. "

"Property is welcoming to pets, with a dedicated walking area and pet waste station. Every member of staff was very kind and warm. The bathroom facilities are very short. I am 6’3” and the showerhead was at my chin, with the commode also being a very low sit. "

"This was an absolute disaster. Roaches in bathroom, people up and down hallways all hours of the night, we could not get any sleep. And then the online pictures made this place look half way decent but when you check in it’s a total nightmare. Beds are sucking in that they are 50 years old and it so outdated and nasty."

"Beds are very comfortable, pillows a little small. Clean rooms. Nice view of the river and the ducks and geese. Well lit parking area. They are remodeling some of the rooms right now but it really didn’t interfere with our stay. Only thing we didn’t like only because it was cold out. You had to be exposed to cold on your way to the pool which is indoors. But you have to go outside into the walkways to get to the pool. "

"My daughter and i drove down for the week and loved staying at the margaritaville. We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well as visiting the island. We will definitely be coming back!!! "
