The grounds have 2 tennis courts, swimming pool, club house, private beach, boat slips and fishing dock. Come and relax at our beautiful town home on mile marker 87 in the Florida Keys. The Executive Bay Club is located in Islamorada, the Sport Fishing Capital of the World. The World Famous Tiki Bar is less than 5 minutes away – Holiday Isle/Post Card Inn, 'Best Rum Runners in town.' Numerous boat charters located within 5 minutes, 'this is the fishing capital! Property is well taken care of and plenty of kitchen utensils to cook anything with a wonderful grill on patio. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for overall rating is that the furniture in living room is very uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable and everything else was great. The vrbo is nicely laid out and it seems newly remodeled. Updated nice tile floor upstairs and bathroom's nicely updated too. The spiral stair case for us older people. The condo is equipped with a few extra items that we did not have to buy - like aluminum foil for the grill, a few paper plates. WE did buy a few things that was there but left for the next group, toilet paper. salt and pepper. Place is gated and just a short walk to the beach and pool. EVERYONE we met was super nice! We definetly would book again - already thinking about next year. HOST was very nice about answering our questions. IF you are on the fence about staying here - DO IT you will not regret it. It was nice to have some distance from downtown Key West. We go for R & R not to much sight seeing. ##### Julie D. Founders Park is literally next door. The beach there is beautiful as is the beach at the condo. Every restaurant you could think of is also close, and we tried pretty much every one. Although we have been going to Islamorada for years, this has been the loveliest condo we have stayed at. Melissa is an excellent host and informed us of a minor water outage. If the spiral stairs frighten you, don’t let them. We had no trouble at all...and we are in our 70s. Highly recommend you stay here. ##### Patricia S.
