Welcome to this beautifully appointed Seabreeze model home located within a premier oceanfront resort community in Islamorada. Elevated on pillars for storm protection and enhanced views, this two-bedroom, two-bath residence offers a thoughtfully designed two-story layout ideal for extended stays in the Florida Keys. The Seabreeze floor plan features one bedroom located on the main living level, while the upper level includes the primary bedroom, a full bathroom, laundry area, and a spacious lounge that opens onto a private balcony. From this balcony, guests can enjoy a limited view of the Atlantic Ocean along with a stunning panoramic view of the resort’s pool, palm trees, and tropical landscaping, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop.  
  
The main living level offers an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and upgraded cabinetry. The kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, providing an inviting space for gatherings and everyday living. The first bedroom is located on this level, adjacent to a full bathroom. The decor throughout the home reflects an upscale coastal style designed for relaxation and long-term comfort.  
  
The upstairs level is designed as a private retreat. The primary bedroom provides a peaceful environment, while the lounge area is furnished for relaxation and entertainment. This lounge includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to six guests. The private balcony, accessed through the lounge area, offers a beautiful vantage point with partial Atlantic Ocean views and exceptional views of the resort grounds. The upper level also includes a full bathroom and in-unit laundry facilities, making the home ideally suited for month-long or seasonal stays.
