We felt very comfortable. The communication was great. The lacking part was there was no beach access, no beach towels, no laundry facility, no typical information binder of recommendations etc. the living room lights didn't work, there was trouble with the wifi so we weren't able watch Netflix etc. The two front units get a lot of street noise that make it hard to sleep but we did love the bikes!
