Property changed hands 2 before our stay, we got messages from mystay but if needed something they stated no longer managed so we were in circles many times but for the most part KB covered the issues. Great place for children not a quiet get away for adults as most pool and jacuzzis occupied by kids. Restaurant excellent, views excellent, concierge excellent and staff excellent. The owner was very responsive to the few things we had a problem with. Looks like a gated community, without the gatekeeper. Very safe area and never had to worry about anything. We spent LOTS of time in the heated pool. Didn't think we would need the ice maker, however it was great to have, never out of fresh ice! Paco met us on our 1st day and walked us through the house and outdoor area which was very helpful. The heated pool is beautiful! We had fun fishing and watching manatees swim by almost daily.
