Just 90 meters away from the beach! Enjoy this new and beautiful villa with ocean views and the best sunrises. With 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a private pool, half inside and the other outside. Located in a condominium of 5 houses with a shared pool with 2 semi-Olympic lanes, wading pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area, outdoor dining room and bathrooms. Excellent restaurants just a few steps away, such as De Nuccios and Marbella. Your perfect getaway is waiting for you! The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second room has two queen beds, both with full bathroom. In the living room we have 2 sofas that can be used as individual mattresses, or between the two bedrooms there is an area with a sofa bed. You can also find a third full bathroom in the living room. We have air conditioners in the rooms. In the living room, dining room and kitchen there is no air conditioning. The house has: ✔ 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning) ✔ 3 full bathrooms ✔ Living rooms with table and 6 seats (No air conditioning) ✔ Equipped kitchen (without air conditioning) ✔ WIFI (good for work) ✔ Private pool on the terrace ✔ Parking spot for golf cart In shared areas: ✔ Hammock area ✔ Pool with wading pool and 2 swimming lanes ✔ BBQ ✔ bar counter ✔ Bathrooms ✔ Loungers Services: ✔ Includes: Sheets, bath and pool towels (One per person per stay) Does not include: ✖ Clothes washer or dryer ✖ Daily cleaning. In the living room, dining room and kitchen there is no air conditioning. Somedays you can listen to a rooster singing, which starts to sing when the sun rises, it is not always there, you can also find iguanas in de condominium, which are harmless and they run when you get close. The house is constantly fumigated, but it is surrounded by jungle, you may find some insect. The condo has security cameras. None that invades the privacy of the guests, they are in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium. The island is a place full of magic and good vibes, but it is also growing and the electricity / water / internet may go out at times, although it is not usual or for a long time, take into account what can happen during your stay and it is something general throughout the island, it is not exclusive to this house. From the swim out pool in the condo, to the the beautiful landscaping. The larger pool was rarely occupied. The property management was quick to fix the few issues that we had upon arrival. Location was great for getting to either side of the island, although a golf cart is definitely needed if you plan on going anywhere on a daily basis. There was a lovely dog who came to visit daily. The location is relatively quiet. Would definitely recommend this for larger groups as the condo was very spacious. Walking distance to a few small beaches.
