First, the bedsheets and towels were dirty. One towel seemed like it had not been cleaned at all. There was also long hairs in the bathroom from previous guests. Second, the noise. They started doing construction work at 7am on the hotel. 7am!!! We wanted to have a relaxing day but it was really loud and woke us up. Made us feel like they don't care about their guests. There is also a bar across the street that plays loud music until 1/1:30am. So basically we only got to sleep between 1 and 7 am. Breakfast starts late, it's not until 8:30\. Je pouvais sortir de ma chambre en maillot et partir pour la plage. Il y a également le petit déjeuner d'inclus que j'ai adoré et avec un excellent service. L'hôtel loue également 2 paddle board que j'ai adoré. Quand je vais retourner à Holbox je vais aller à cet hôtel sans hésiter. Hay un establecimiento de música por la noche, que si les gusta la música en volumen alto, si es un inconveniente, pues está así hasta la madrugada. Está enfrente de un bar famoso, que si quieren dormir temprano no podrán. Si van en plan fiesta buenísimo. Excelente ubicacion.
