Dommage qu il n y ait aucun jardin Et que l arrière de l hôtel ne soit pas entretenu (arbres coupés ou tombés mais laissés tels quels ; pas de jardin (alors qu il y en a dans d autres établissements de la même zone géographique) ; autre regret : pas de salon extérieur commun avec canapés , pour prendre un verre. Massage : très bien. Petite plage nettoyée tous les jours. »

« We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore...

« L’hôtel ce trouve sur une ile, ils ont une navette (10 a 12 personne sur le bateau) pour aller du port à l’hôtel (15 minutes de bateau) Accueil tres sympa quand on arrive sur l’île, avec une boisson offerte, nous avons pris un chambre haut de gamme, tres grande, avec climatisation, douche correcte (sans eau chaude) fréquent en Colombie. Mais la température de l’eau n’est pas froide. Plage correct, restaurant pas de la haute cuisine mais c’est bon, cocktail de fruit tres bon. Petit déjeuner...

« L’hotel n’a pas envoyé le transfert que nous avions commandé. Quand nous avons eu le gérant au téléphone pour essayer de prendre un Uber jusqu’au bateau, il était très agressif et n’a pas confirmé le bateau. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à l’hôtel et avons dû booker en urgence un autre hôtel à 20h30. Évidemment ils refusent de nous rembourser. PIRE EXPÉRIENCE »

"L’hôtel ce trouve sur une ile, ils ont une navette (10 a 12 personne sur le bateau) pour aller du port à l’hôtel (15 minutes de bateau) Accueil tres sympa quand on arrive sur l’île, avec une boisson offerte, nous avons pris un chambre haut de gamme, tres grande, avec climatisation, douche correcte (sans eau chaude) fréquent en Colombie. Mais la température de l’eau n’est pas froide. Plage correct, restaurant pas de la haute cuisine mais c’est bon, cocktail de fruit tres bon. Petit déjeuner correct L’ensemble du personnel est tres sympa et serviable. Dîner animé et danse possible, tres bonne animation L’hôtel n’est pas tres grand, ce n’est pas sur peuplé. Si vous êtes à Cartagenes, c’est sympa d’y aller "
