"The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. "Great stay, couple of teething problems, we arrived and check in was fine, we were directed to our room and the maid was still making the bed, we were asked to wait until she had finished which took 5 minutes but the floor had not been cleaned. We had to then ask for the floor to be cleaned which was done. You have to hire a safe which is a bit cheeky and also you had to hire a kettle for your room 5euros which again for a four star hotel is not acceptable."
