Use of the House: The house is delivered clean and with the equipment and furniture in good condition (if something is not in condition or damaged should be reported immediately to the person who handed over the keys).
The house is expected to be estimated and used with due care and should be left in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay.
Important: Furniture should be left in the order in which it was delivered and the dishes and other kitchen items properly cleaned and tidy. Kitchen cleaning is not included in the final cleaning.
If damage occurs during the stay (furniture, crockery, etc.), the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Water and Light - Electrical board at the entrance, behind the door and water meter on the wall outside the house.
Use of the Condominium: The condominium rules must be respected, namely use of the swimming pool (mandatory shower before entering, not diving, accompanying the children, etc.), as well as the rules of civic behavior in the use of the other common spaces. . Rest times must be respected and noises allowed. Dogs are prohibited in urbanization.
