There is no dishwasher; Toilet of service; Living and dining room with table and chairs for 6 people with sofa bed (double), TV (with Portuguese open signal channels) and fan; Private garden of the house with a table and 6 chairs, in the extension of the room; Small outdoor patio with clothes rack, in front of the kitchen. 1st floor: Two bedrooms with 2 beds each; 2 Wardrobes (1 in a bedroom and another in the hall), pillows, blankets and 2 fans; Full bathroom (with bath and bidet). Covered parking for a car inside the condo (seat 25). Common Pools (Adults and Children). Notes on Booking, Use of House and Condominium: Booking: Through HOMEAWAY website Possibility to provide bed linen and towels (additional € 20 per person). Minimum stay - 7 nights. Changeover Day - Sunday Use of the House: The house is delivered clean and with the equipment and furniture in good condition (if something is not in condition or damaged should be reported immediately to the person who handed over the keys). The house is expected to be estimated and used with due care and should be left in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay. Important: Furniture should be left in the order in which it was delivered and the dishes and other kitchen items properly cleaned and tidy. Kitchen cleaning is not included in the final cleaning. La playa se puede ir caminando en 20 minutos, en coche menos de 5\. Tiene un centro comercial con lo necesario a 5 minutos a pie. La ubicación está genial, un sitio tranquilo que era lo que buscaba para descansar, pero me he encontrado con los colchones y el sofá en un estado lamentable, por lo que me ha sido complicado tener el descanso que buscaba, ya que todos los días me levantaba como si me hubiesen dado una paliza ... Los colchones están hundidos y deformados, incluso con algunos muelles rotos que se clavaban en el cuerpo. Le pedí al propietario que me cambiase al menos un colchón para poder descansar los días que estuviese allí y su respuesta fue que la sensibilidad al tipo de colchón variaba según la persona, que solamente una persona se había quejado del estado de los colchones hacía 3 años y que no me iba a cambiar el colchón, cuando en realidad ha tenido varias quejas ya por el estado de los colchones, en agosto de 2024 y agosto de 2023\. El sofá cama está muy deteriorado por lo que tampoco podía dormir en él, y si te sentabas durante el día, casi lo hacías en el suelo de lo hundido que está. Dos cosas fundamentales para la comodidad de una casa y las dos están en un estado deplorable ...También le falta una mano de pintura ya que tiene algunas humedades, así como más luz, en los baños y en la cocina que apenas se ve, aunque esto es una nimiedad comparado con el estado de los colchones y el sofá .... ##### Esperanza G. O chat online esclareceu minhas dúvidas e o facto de fazer o pagamento em 3 vezes ajudou muito. A casa era exatamente como estava descrita, o check in foi pontualmente realizado pela Dna Cecilia e quando precisei contactar o proprietário, também foi simples e rápido, além de nos ter proposto sugestões de trajeto, restaurantes e lazer. Tuvimos 2 incidentes( con sartenes y la cisterna)y los solventó de inmediato. La unica pega es que los colchones de toda la casa son deplorables. Tienen por lo menos 25 años,se te clavan los muelles al dormir. Muy buen ambiente para los niños en la urbanización. Lo peor es tener que desplazarse en coche al estar alejada de la playa pero seguro que repetiremos.
