ホテルはバブルの時代の建物ですので、少し古い感じはしますが、メンテナンスがされていました。ただ、このホテルは、食器セット（IHヒーターも含み）４０００円と有料ですので、食器、箸、キッチン洗剤、スポンジ、ふきんなど最小限のものは持ってきた方が良いです。電子レンジはありますので、最小限の料理が出来ます。コインランドリーも４００円と高額です。近くにコインランドリー店がありますので、そちらを使うことをお勧めします。 ホテルの周りは、市街地から少し離れていますので、静かで環境は良いです。 何にも代えられないのは、ホテルから見る海の青さと夕日の美しさです。これは最高です。 毎年心の疲れを取りに来ます。毎年景色を見に来るだけで泊まりに来る価値があります。 市街地の居酒屋までは、歩いて３０分くらいかかりますが、運動には最適です。 低い階に泊まった方は、１１階の非常階段から海を見てみてください。まったく景色が違って見えます。何物にも代えがたい景観ですので是非お勧めします。 近くのビーチは泳げませんので、少し離れたのビーチに行ってください。 ちなみにホテルの隣にあった昼のみ営業の八重山そばの小松のソーキそばはおいしかったです。 ##### masahiro Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2019 ### 昭和のリゾートマンションをリフォームしたもののようです。2ベッドルーム、キッチン、バスタブ付きの広めのシャワールームがあります。マンションなので、通路は外側です。石垣島という土地柄なのか、カーペットではなく、タイル張りの室内。一番の問題はかび臭いことです。また、通路側のベッドルームが北側に面しているせいか暗く、気持ち悪い。今どき、液晶テレビがリビングにあるにもかかわらず、20インチ。私はもうここには泊まりたくないです。 マンションタイプ転用のホテルですね、部屋が広い！（二人利用で2ベッドルーム、キッチン付き） 部屋中に器材ケースを拡げられました。 お風呂は浴槽付きの家庭タイプ、これは有難いです。 特筆は、事前予約しておけば滞在中2千円で、ベランダ（屋根付き）にダイビング用物干しとか洗いプールとか用意してくれます。 レストランは朝食バイキングのみですが、まぁ夜は市内に繰り出すので問題ない(笑) ##### 善蔵丸 総合的に満足なHotelでした、チェックイン時間前にもかかわらずお部屋にINできたことはすごくよかったです。唯一、509号室に4泊しましたが、ベランダ・バルコニ－側の寝室のエアコンが効かず毎夜寝苦しい夜を過ごすことになった点が残念でした。チェックアウト時にフロントのスタッフの方にその点はお伝えしましたので、改善されると思います。いずれにして全スタッフさんの対応も良く満足出来ました。お部屋、リビング、寝室、バスル－ムも広く清掃も行き届いており、特筆すべきはバルコニ－に水道水が使用できる事です、海水浴用具も毎日洗えて乾燥できて本当に助かりました。次回も滞在したい素敵なホテルでした。ありがとうございました！
