### Patio 15 - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Modern and fully equipped two-room apartment located in a residence with swimming pool and large outdoor areas, just outside Iseo. Access to the residence's pools and the beach of Sassabanek is regulated by colored bracelets for which a deposit of €10 per person is required upon arrival, which will be returned upon check-out upon return by the guest.   
  
 Our property is equipped with wifi and uncovered private parking.   
 Check-in from 15 to 19\. Late check-in supplement €30 from 19 to 22 and €50 from 22 to 00\.   
 Pool opening: from mid-May to the end of September. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
