Gentile ospite, la ringraziamo per aver condiviso le sue impressioni in merito al soggiorno presso il romantica resort. Siamo lieti abbia apprezzato le caratteristiche uniche della nostra struttura comprese nella tariffa come il parco termale interno con 13 fra vasche e piscine e molto altro.Inoltre sia lieti abbia potuto godere della spettacolare vista di Sant'Angelo del nostro resort. Ci dispiace non sia stato felice della camera assegnatole che si trattava di una camera senza vista mare che ha un doppio ingresso e finestra oltre che un ambiente esterno (terrazzino interno). Più che trattarsi di una camera inquietante che viene anche prenotata di anno in anno da alcuni clienti per le sue caratteristiche (camera molto spaziosa , con bagno davvero ampio e zona living esterna) probabilmente non rispecchiava le sue preferenze e questo ci dispiace. Siamo sempre lieti e disponibili nel mostrare le alternative a disposizione affinché ogni cliente possa essere soddisfatto al 100% del proprio soggiorno. Magari la prossima volta potrebbe optare per una diversa tipologia di camera. Infine mi dispiace non sia rimasto soddisfatto della tariffa pagata ma il prezzo viene composto in base a diversi fattori: il momento in cui viene effettuata la prenotazione, la disponibilità di camere e molto altro. Questo vale per qualsiasi hotel del mondo. Inoltre ovviamente sul sito ufficiale della struttura si trovano offerte che altrove non sono disponibili. La ringraziamo ad ogni modo di averci scelto per il suo soggiorno ischitano e l'aspettiamo presto per una futura vacanza.

Grazie Maria per la recensione. Le camere come gli arredi sono tutte diverse l'una dall'altra anche perchè ristrutturate in tempi diversi...la prossima volta che ci prenota le consigliamo di fare espressa richiesta per una camera con arredo moderno...Sarà un piacere accontentarla

Gentile ospite siamo lieti che si sia trovato bene nella nostra struttura. Uno dei punti di forza della nostra struttura è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del nostro personale, nota che si puo' evincere dalla maggior parte delle recensioni sulla nostra struttura. Peccato che non sia stato percepito anche da Lei. In merito all'importo versato di € 1,50 al giorno e a persona per i primi 3 giorni di soggiorno, trattasi della tassa di soggiorno e non di un importo richiesto per la navetta che da noi è Gratuita! Ci auguriamo di poterla ancora ospitare nel nostro albergo.
