Very beautiful property and very nice staff. Food was amazing. Spa was excellent. Gym was very small and air conditioning was set at a fixed temperature, according to the hotel this was due to regulations in Italy however this was the only hotel where we experienced this in all of Italy. Bedding was not change despite multiple requests to have this done, but overall it was a very nice, pleasant and relaxing stay.

Property was lovely. Staff was so kind and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only issue was that the a/c was set at 23 degrees and it was not possible to set it any lower due to “Italian government regulations” however we did not encounter these “regulations” at any other hotel in all of Italy. Also the bedding was not changed at all during our stay despite us requesting it. The same coffee stay was on the sheets the entire time. Aside from these issues it was all around a very nice stay and it was an extremely relaxing atmosphere and a terrific spa facility although the gym was very small.

This is one of the most magical and beautiful hotels that I have stayed in. The staff is amazing, the amenities are stellar and the property is beautiful - a botanical garden that is so beautifully laid out. We wanted for nothing and felt like we could simply stay on the resort and be be happy. I recommend this place highly. Ask for Onofrio at the bar/ restaurant. He's lovely - everyone is so kind and thoughtful

We stayed here for 2 nights before we moved to Mezzatorre. Honestly, Botania is way better than Mezzatorre. Botania is more well kept, staffs are friendlier and more hospital. The breakfast is also way better. I loved their shuttle service, brand new van and well kept. The Mezzatorre shuttle service sucks and the car is old. I would stay at Botania again if I go back to Ischia in the future. So far my favourite hotel in Southern Italy is Le Sirenuse in Positano, Caruso Belmond in Ravello and Botania in Ischia. I like to hop hotels, change of environment :) I usually stay 2-3 nights everywhere.

From the moment we arrived to check-in , my wife and I were impressed with Garden & Villas Resort . It doesn’t feel like a hotel with the rooms spread out amongst the beautiful manicured gardens but the staff and service are equivalent of a 5 star hotel . The sense of peace and calm that is present the moment you walk in creates an extremely relaxing atmosphere ( admittedly the hotel was not full and we stayed early June before high season ) . The evening cocktail bar is a delight , breakfast and lunch around the pool is fabulous and added to that the staff are ALL delivering an exceptional standard. Ischia is a real hidden gem for English tourists and I can thoroughly recommend Garden & Villas Resort .

Spent three days at Garden& Villas Resort this past week. Property is amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast by the pool each morning was outstanding. The place is nestled in Lacco Ameno area so it is remote from towns, but well worth having to take buses to enjoy the splendid beauty of this place. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Would definitely return.

This is a lovely property with a great pool and delicious breakfast. Some of the room looks like a motel and shower pressure in those rooms is none existent. However the superior rooms are great and everything you'd expect and wish for. Wifi is terrible.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the Negombo beach. Amazing breakfast, 24/7 pool access. Great for families, and for couples. Definitely reccommend.

Wonderful stay
It’s not perfect but it is wonderful and I highly recommend. Amazing gardens with rioms. We had a superior room which had its own little garden. The food st dinner is wuite good and the waiters make it really friendly and fun. Breakfast is not amazing but fine and the clementine jam is a revelation. The rooms wouldn’t win interior design awards but they’re comfortable and pleasant. The concierge gives very good advice. I wasn’t impressed by the loud music next to my room on a Friday night, but we got through it snd ot did stop at midnight. Do go to Negombo - very special. All in all a wonderful stay on Ischia.

Great stay, lovely grounds
We stayed at Gardens & Villas for 3 nights over a long weekend and had a great stay. The property is lovely and spread out though not massive, really beautiful grounds dripping in flowers. The pool is lovely. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a superior room - king bed, big and spacious. Only complaint was that our room smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was good though not outstanding, though we enjoyed the casual lunch we had there during the day - bruschetta with tomatoes from the garden, nice melon & prosciutto salad. Worth noting that there were kids staying there. Generally fine and didn’t feel like it was a package holiday feel, though worth noting if you’re looking for absolute peace & quiet

Tranquil setting
All the staff give service with a smile and cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff are wonderful, francesco, mario, and lorenzo always willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was so relaxing dining outdoors around the pool area. Lunches and evening meals very good value for money. Everything about this resort is five star from staff to maintenance. wonderful spa area with a fantastic choice of treatments. About 10 minutes walk downhill to the beach and negombo thermal park, but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Had a good time at the hotel especially in the pool and restaraunt - Francesco is the best waiter I have been served by - very personable and great with our 1 year old Had a good stay but would have rather spent longer on the amalfi coast rather than ischia - the hotel should also be a little more proactive in recommending activities

Luogo magico
La struttura, il servizio, la qualità degli elementi architettonici oltreché il paesaggio perfettamente manutenuto meritano 5 stelle. Davvero un luogo incantevole, con un silenzio ed una privacy da fare invidia ad un'isola delle Maldive. Aggiungo anche una lode al personale ed il personale apprezzamento per la conduzione del ristorante da parte del maitre.

Vakkert og rolig sted i fredlige omgivelser.
Nydelig sted i vakre omgivelser. Fantastisk fuglesang, og beplantning overalt. Ble kjørt til rommet, og vist rundt på området av resepsjonisten ved ankomst i stedets "golfbil", samt hentet ved avreise. Fantastisk service, og rolig ved bassengområdet. Deilig med oppvarmet ute basseng, og mulighet for trening, spabehandlinger m.m.

struttura immersa in un giardino favoloso, piscina esterna riscaldata molto grande, cucina tipica del posto, colazione varia ogni giorno con dolci nuovi. stanze grandi, pulizia nella norma, segnale Wi-Fi un po' debole, personale gentilissimo. Con alcune accortezze (benvenuto all'arrivo, scendiletto, spremute fresche) potrebbe diventare il top dell'isola. Giudizio comunque molto buono

Приезжаем в этот отель в третий раз. Каждое наше посещение - праздник! Прежде всего это отношение персонала - встречают действительно как родных и провожают с подарками! Номера есть самые разные, на любой вкус. Все очень комфортабельно и отдыхаешь как будто на собственной даче. Завтраки вкусные. Ассортимента вполне хватает. В связи с заменой шеф-повара ужины немного изменились, но я думаю в скором времени это будет исправлено! Всего действительно хватало и даже слишком! Стоит отметить очень вкусные десерты и на завтрак, и на ужин! Мы очень признательны за наш прекрасный отдых, и думаем в следующем году встретиться снова!!! СПАСИБО!!!! .

Top Preis-Leistung in wunderschönem Garten
Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und komfortabel mit Terrasse und teilweiser Meersicht. Die Minibar war inkl. Einzig die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht so gut wegen der Sparlampen. Wir haben nach dem ersten Abendessen im Corbezzolo auf Halbpension gewechselt, das Essen war sehr gut und das Gemüse stammt teilweise aus eigenem Anbau. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr professionell. Das Menü wurde wegen einer Allergie jeweils individuell angepasst und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell. Der Aussenpool ist angenehm warm und das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Garten. Alles in allem hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Ruhiges Hotel in einer Parkanlage
Die Hotelbeschreibung war nicht übertrieben. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Villen fügen sich harmonisch in die Gartenanlage ein. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet und lassen nichts vermissen. Der Pool und die Fitnesseinrichtungen laden zum verweilen ein. Animation und Unterhaltungsprogramm hat die Hotelanlage nicht geboten. Da wir keinen Wert darauf legen, haben wir auch nichts vermisst. Für uns war die Hotelanlage genau richtig.
