"Our room was big and comfortable about 18m2 (6mx3m) and a bathroom about 5m2. Shared kitchen was clean. Room was clean. I think there are 4-5 rooms total. There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area. Location is good close to different bays and beaches. "Comme à la maison… en mieux ! J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel à Villasimius. L’emplacement est parfait : à mi-chemin entre la plage et le centre-ville, dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. On peut rejoindre la plage en 15 minutes à pied ou en 5 minutes grâce à la navette. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué mon séjour, c’est l’accueil d’Alberto. Son sens du service est exceptionnel. "Fantastic property - pool is great and bigger than it looks, house is clean and comfortable with all the bits you need. We sat outside eating each evening and it was wonderful. Host was helpful, flexible and not at all intrusive despite living downstairs. One thing is to watch out for the add-ons (for a week we had 150 cleaning fee, 120 bedding fee and 45 air con fee), which are all listed and above board but worth knowing to all you to budget. "
