This beautiful big Tiny house is fully decorated and waiting for its first guest to unwind in this incredible atmosphere. This tiny house can sleep 4 guest with a full size pull out couch and private room with a queen bed. Oversized bathroom with a Tub and shower. Fully stocked kitchen with a mini fridge and dining area. We have 4 tents and 6houses available for rent on this property New Tiny house nestled amongst pine trees in the Valley Village tiny homes and RV Park in Swan Valley ID. We have implemented new and improved cleaning protocols at Valley Village upon check in and check out. \*Each house is private at the valley village. \*Each house is sanitized with alcohol using a spray gun after guest check out. \*Guest are asked to maintain social distancing if using the community fire pit or club house \*Hand sanitizer is available for use in the club house \*Each house is cleaned by the owners to assure it’s sanitized thoroughly \*Guest are asked to take extra steps when checking out of the unit. So much to do in this valley you may never want to leave Things to do : If you like to hike I would suggest a day hike to upper palisades lake. It’s so stunning and the crystal blue lakes are amazing It’s about 4 miles away from your booking. You must see Fall creek falls only located about 8 miles and is right off the road easily assessable by car. if you like to fish you can fish the damn or boat docs closely located. You can rent a paddle board and bucks and spend the day on the lake a mile up the road. Take a tour of palisades lake only 1 mile away on a pontoon boat, morning or night. Horse back trail rides are available, the local trails are amazing on horse back. Dine at The Roadhouse, local food that is 5 star quality. Jackson hole is a beautiful drive around palisades lake that you will enjoy and i would suggest taking in the town of Jackson and visiting the shops down town is fun not to mention the have some great dining options. The scenery is breathtaking and you will spend allot of time taking pictures You can raft the river. Kitchen is adequate. I did not like that not one person made contact with us, not once!! Bed was comfortable. On busy highway with traffic all the time. TV buffers constantly so impossible to watch a show. This unit is right on highway 26 and trucks go by all night long. It was very noisy; something we are not used to. We liked the privacy, the unique decor and the fully stocked kitchen. We were glad to have a full kitchen to cook a meal on Sunday. We had purchased some groceries in Jackson but found a fantastic grocery store within a few miles… Swanson Valley has a great grocery store. We appreciated the quick response to all our questions. We had a fantastic hike to Lower Palisades Lake. Met people on horseback, Mountain bikers, hunters, so the trail is well used. Surface was very rough in some areas so make sure you wear a good hiking shoes. We were impressed to see four young women with a few children who had hiked and set up there hammocks to enjoy the day in the mountain!! ##### Ralph & Cindy V. And the area is beautiful! Now the cons….. my husband and I had been traveling for 2 weeks and this was our 4th place to stay. I understand there are concerns in regards to Covid but no where else ( including all National Parks, restaurants, visitor centers or the other places we stayed ) requested the removal of our shoes. You are also requested to strip the bed down and wipe the shower down before your departure. I had no problem stripping the bed, but felt the wiping of the shower was extreme. And…….. you are on a VERY busy highway. There are semis and logging trucks that go up and down it all day and night. If I had known how loud it was going to be and the stipulations in regard to checking out, I would have stayed somewhere else. ##### Cherie M. So quaint, and fun. My son was getting married in this area, more than 100 miles from his hometown. I visited this property twice and had the pleasure of touring all the units. I would highly recommend all of them. I originally booked this for the wedding party to get ready in 3 different units. However, at the last minute a single location where all could be together became available. Therefore, I gifted our already reserved units on this property to my closest friend and our Pastor so they wouldn't have to travel home after our evening wedding. Due to a number of last minute wedding mishaps, there was a break in communications with these guests which led to some difficult communications and exchanges with the property owner. I take responsibility for some of this however, it would have been nice to have had a little more understanding of our unpredictable circumstances. This is still a wonderful property, ideal for groups in an amazing area. It is truly a one of a kind experience. ##### Regina M. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beautiful interior with basic utensils available for cooking. Really appreciated the motion sensor lights outside when we came back late one night. Stay was beside a farm with beautiful horses . Although is right off the road, we were not bothered by noise. Highly recommend. ##### amy f.
