Stunning Furnished 4-beds, 3-baths single-family home located in the vibrant city of Irvine. This brand new property offers modern living with ALL upgraded Appliances -- Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, N Dryer. 2 car garages;  
"Minimum" stay is 31 consecutive days. Longer tenancy is preferred.

4 Beds and 3 baths;  
  
Utilities and WiFi are included in rent  
  
Downstiars:  
One bedroom (Bed # 1, one Queen Size Bed, and Working table) and one bath are downstiars -- The downstairs bath has a single sink and has "walk-in Shower". The queen bed can fit two people;  
  
Kitchen, Family/Living Room, and Dining Room are downstairs  
The two car garages are detached from the house and it is on the back.
