There was bugs in the room. There was nats in the room. The shower didn’t even work. There was old food left in the room. There was stains all over the sheet. I tried to report it to get a refund, and nobody answered the phone or the door. oh, and not to mention, the lights barely even worked couldn’t turn the heat on because the room smelled like it was burning down.

Upon arrival, I was told that I no longer had a reservation. It was a holiday weekend and of course finding other accommodations was nearly impossible. I will never use expedia again.

This "hotel" is approximately 28 units total. No elevators. The entire lower level is rented as housing units.(my best guess, subsidized housing) The place was filthy. There was, we believe, blood splatter on the bathroom door and it didn't shut. The bed skirts were filthy with what I suspect was mold. Floor and walls patched. Literally nowhere else around to go. The manager's door was locked in broad daylight. This is NOT a hotel...more like an SRO. This "hotel" if receiving subsidies from the Government, should not be allowed to list themselves as a hotel for unsuspecting visitors!!!

The room was okay for $60 a night. It was clean overall, except for a few dead bugs here and there. The biggest issue was the strong smell of fresh paint, which made it pretty hard to breathe inside the room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re just looking for a basic, affordable place to stay, it’s okay. The location is great, and there are plenty of food options nearby.

1) it appeared that there was a lot of people coming and going during the night. 2) the room may have been adequate but has not been maintained for several years however maybe it is due for maintenance or an update soon 3) the check-in person was kind but offered no extra assistance where to eat what to see 4) we did not walk behind the building but our traveling guests said there was a lot of “people” gathered back there. 5) no hair dryer and the bathroom door would not close. 6) there was no view of the mountain from our room. 7) we actually went to the dollar general and purchased towels and a washcloth

Price was great. Get what you paid for. It worked for the short time we were there where the late night arrival and early morning head out. Shower hand will fell off but we were able to put it back on. Can't beat the price.

We thought based on photos it was gonna be a decent place to stay. We got there the room smelled nasty there was water on the floor coming from under the fridge maybe fridge was leaking idk. Makeup or something smeared on the bathroom counter. There were several boogers stuck to the light on the night stand. Several old beds and Junk out back old chairs and blankets on ground outside the lower rooms. We could hear dogs barking inside rooms and outside. It was 12:30am when we checked in had it not been so late we would have just left. We booked two nights but only stayed a few hours got a little rest slept on top of bed with our own blankets got up early and drove out of our way back to Richmond and got a room at the Hampton inn. I would not recommend this place even if you are in a real pinch just sleep in your car. Very disappointed.

The staff barely wants to work. The rooms were remodeled but the motel was to cheap to replace the old tubs and shower faucets. There was years old stain in the toilet and shower faucet was too worn out to activate the shower. The rooms and bathrooms were way too small; we felt cramped the whole stay.

The hotel was OK. Did not have hot water one day. Room was comfortable AC worked. Looks like it had been repainted by amateurs. Paint drips on the floor and poor patch jobs in shower.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We had six rooms booked and our party had a total of nine. We were in town for a wedding. Five of the rooms left after one night of a two night stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was dirty and sheets came with stain, used soap on shower room not healthy to stay in and build not safe there stair missing and broke, I do plain expedia to put this hotel on the list.

Very old building. Staff that checked in was nice , but the building and rooms look as they are used as a "charge by the hour" place. If you no what i mean. Nasty, skanky, foul smelling . Never again. I dont think ive ever used skanky in a description of anything.

Nice little place to stay

Needs little upgrading. But nice little place just sleep over at a affordable price. Very friendly people that run it. They will give you all you need every time you ask.
