"The staff was very accommodating. Umatilla, Oregon is not the best place for women to be alone overnight. We attended the Rocks at the Locks. We were VERY safe. It was a joy to stay with you ❤️"

"The property is older but well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. A complimentary drink and free soup & salad bar in the restaurant were offered when we checked-in. The complimentary food was mediocre, however, there was food for purchase that was pretty good, but a little higher priced than the norm. The breakfast was ordinary. Overall, the complimentary food was a nice gesture. The choices for lodging are limited in this area so I'd stay there again if passing through. The most important part was that it was clean, smelled nice, was quiet, and the staff were so welcoming."

"Newly renovated decor it seemed, very clean, big TV, and good layout woth microwave and fridge. All the basics. Just the other guests were very loud late and night and early in the morning, kindof a sketchy vibe."

"Traveled to the area for the Baloon festival in Prosser. That was great. Our most relaxed was at the property, Very comfortable and AMAZING views and sunsets. We'll return. Tod was great!"

"Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be a small coffee maker in the room. Also, the mini fridge door tends to be challenging to close in the space it was hoised within in our room. Otherwise, excellent stay."
