Can we just throw the whole housekeeping department away and start over. Nothing runs a hotel down quicker than uncleanliness. Floors in the room were gritty, unswept, toothpaste in the sink, stains in the bathtub. No more rooms available and no other hotel options due to graduations. I was beyond disappointed. There are no microwaves in the rooms so there's that and beds are super small for even doubling up kids. I will say that everyone i came in contact with was super nice but a big disappointment with cleanliness.

The hotel accommodation very spacious and comfortable. I'm assumkng they were doing renovation on my floor, because my room was partially painted in some areas. I will suggest that they put microwaves in their rooms. Thats my biggest issue with Hyatt. Other then that it was enjoyable.

My reservation had been cancelled, asked if they had any rooms, was told no but when I went on line, lo and behold, there were rooms... the 2 front desk clerks did not greet when I walked inand just looked at each other... definitely will not be making another reservation there... very disappointing

Going through a much-needed remodel so facility not up to quality standards. A/C didn’t work. Front Desk gave random guest a key to our room so he actually entered the room with my daughter and her friend. He quickly left, but it was still unnerving.

The problem I have with this hotel is that they charged my card an extra $115.29. It has taken me several phone calls, never being allowed to talk with a manager, one person telling me they see the problem and it will be fixed within 72 hours, to another person telling me they don't have that charge on their end, to another staff telling me because it was a 3rd party (Expedia) it was an easy fix, and would be cleared up 24 hours. I'm waiting......

This place is under a major reconstruction when we stayed. The room was suppose to have a hottub and didnt. It wasnt bad. We just needed a place to lay our heads after a long day on the road. Price was definitely cheap enough and the room was very nice. Breakfast was great. However, the area was not where we will stay again. For a quick few hours of rest it was fine.

They are experiencing renovations and they should close. Breakfast food was COLD and hotel charged me then stated the could not find my booking.

No covers on electrical outlets. Room covered in construction debris, fridge not plugged in, shower did NOT work (at all). Changed rooms. Other room had previous guest clothing on the pull out couch. Pull out couch was new unopened mattress, tied to the frame. I had to get sheets from the front desk (no house cleaning staff on shift). No manager available on the weekends to talk to???? Horrible experience. Please stay at a different hotel

Rooms were under remodeling. My room was missing a room number. I did not have a mirror in my room and was missing a light above the sink. There was no way for me to look at myself while getting dressed because there was no mirror present. All the staff told us was that renovations would be done from 8-5. They never told us that our room would not be equipped with the standard necessities. Also, I was told that I could not switch rooms because they were sold out but also there could be no refund. It was a lose-lose situation for me. The Ice machine was also not working but they provided an ice container with glasses as though it was working. I was highly disappointed that I paid for a room with these conditions.

After paying online and checking and receiving my room key. I proceeded to the elevator and the front desk clerk came behind me and said she forgot to charge me an additional $50 deposit for each night that I would be staying. I immediately felt aggravated. I paid and processed to my room after a long work day. Let’s just say the entire hotel is under renovation I assume with no cleaning staff because dust and debris is everywhere. I finally get to my room with no working heat just lukewarm air blowing a toilet that ran all night long. Paint patches on the wall and stains of who knows what on the couch. This place is not ready for guests and clearly poor management. Total waste of my money

The hotel is under major renovation. The driveway is being blacktopped. Inconvenient getting in or out of drive. The 1st room I was assigned was not available. Had to go down to desk & get another room. The 2nd room I was assigned didn’t have a shower head in bathroom. The 3rd room I was assigned the entry key didn’t work & needed to be reprogrammed. I understand the need to upgrade but I would think that the staff could maintain control on what is being worked on or is ready for habitation. I leave tomorrow & thank god I only booked for 1 night.

The travel site I used gave the hotel the wrong number of beds. I reserved two rooms with two beds in each room. The reception desk personnel said that was not what the travel site had sent to them. They received two rooms with one bed in each room.The hotel was fully booked so we could not exchange rooms. One person had to sleep on the pull out sofa. The hotel said there was nothing they could do concerning the reservation and I needed to contact you. This is not the service I have come to expect from this travel site.

First the room I reserved was not available so they put me in an accessible room. It had the smallest darkest shower and the ac/heater had issues it ran all night and never got the room the right temperature and the floor was soaking wet. Someone had sprayer bleach cleaner to mask the smell.

The customer service definitely could have been better. Was told because I booked by third party and not through the actual site that my reservation for a king bed could not be honored. I requested a pack n play for the room for my baby. The pack n play was in the room but did not have did not have the mattress, leaving it useless to us. When I asked the front desk staff, she called the manager who told us this is the way they come. I can assure you they do not come this way. You can’t put the baby in a pack n play without the mattress. See attached pictures. You can see the bottom of it, which has a hard metal piece you can lift to store it. This was a very simple accommodation I requested and they were not able to help. Probably won’t return.

Toilet didn't work properly. Bathroom is poorly constructed. Door right on top of the toilet. Can't see a fat person fitting in there. For the money they charge there is no microwave. Even Super 8 has a microwave at half the price of Hyatt.

The hote and staff were excellent except for the dining area/bar. It was under construction and the bar area doesnt seem like it's going to look anything like the pictures online.
