No geral as áreas em comuns sao boas na parte nova, porém na parte velha cheira a mofo. Na parte da alimentação deixa muuuito a desejar. As comidas como pães e bolos claramente sao amanhecidos e duros. No almoco e jantar a maior parte da comida é sem sabor e sem tempero. Por varias vezes falta abastecimento da comida e as opções feita na hora como tapioca e macarrão, a atendente é EXTREMAMENTE lerda e parece que faz questão de ser assim, formando filas nessas areas. Vim pra comemorar meu 1 ano de casamento, deixei na observação que seria a comemoração pedindo uma decoração especial, mesmo que fosse cobrado, e nao se atentaram ao item. Se quiser comer bem, tb. não vá. Com exceção do café da manhã q era mto bom, o almoço e janta eram insossos, sem sabor nenhum, pratos com aparência feia e pior: até comida azeda (cenoura), foi servida! Informei na mesma hr, e nem um pedido de desculpas recebi. Apenas a confirmação de que foi retirado pq estava mesmo azeda, isso pq perguntei. Vc não terá 1 minuto de silêncio! A música (rock pesado etc) muiiito alta começa antes das 8hrs da manhã, assim como a recreação em volume altíssimo, por toda parte, o dia todo. É impossível ouvir o barulho das águas em qquer lugar (Lagos e Jardins). No dia da "contemplação" às garças, tudo q se ouvia era o som alto do Michael Jackson e performance sem nenhum espectador. Da natureza, impossível ouvir qquer som. O apto é mto bom, grande e confortável, mas a estadia não compensa pela comida e sobretudo pela falta de dosagem no barulho infernal o dia todo em todos os lugares! Ficamos no 3208 (parte superior). No nosso primeiro dia a água do chuveiro estava apenas "morna", não esquentava. Até ai Ok. O problema maior no nosso apto foi um problema de ruídos provalvemente de encanamentos, vibração... Durante a noite isso fica insuportável pra dormir, já que de minutos em minutos vc escuta esses ruídos e "rangidos". Fiquei decepcionada com o Jardins. Sou cliente do Lagos e não consegui um quarto, optei pelo Jardins. Há uma disputa acirrada por guarda sol porque não há nem um pouco de sombra. Meu carro ficou 4 dias no sol esquentou tanto que o forro do teto descolou. O Spa tive que ir todos os dias no Lagos pois o Jardins não tem. O meu quarto era razoável mais a vista era para a cozinha e lavanderia. Cerveja só lata, odiei, pois no Lagos sempre tinha longneck. Todos os dias migrei para o Lagos pois tinha atração como música ambiente o tempo todo. Super animado, fresco e atendimento excelente. No jardins diversas vezes na piscina coberta ou no espaço bambu tinha que esperar surgir um garçom com vontade de atender. As toalhas da piscina ficava muito longe de tudo. O roupão que aluguei veio encardido. A comida razoável também, o chef que fazia a tapioca demorava tanto que pessoas desistiam. Até barata tinha no quarto em cima da rack. Colchão desconfortável. Por essas e outras se não tiver quarto no Lagos da próxima, eu não vou em nenhum. Atendimento no local também excelente, de todas as partes. Atendimento pré hospedagem deixou a desejar. Refeições muito bem feitas, porém achei que faltaram pratos com proteína vegetal (sou vegetariano). Apesar da capacidade reduzida da hospedagem, achei que, nas piscinas quentes, há muita aglomeração e disputas de espaços. A piscina gelada geralmente vazia. Não pude aproveitar bem a piscina infantil maior com minhas filhas porque a água era muito gelada apesar da temperatura ambiente passar dos 30 graus. Acho que deveria ser, pelo menos, com águas mornas. Quarto ok. Porém passei frio a noite. O ar cond não estava aquecendo e as cobertas disponíveis nos deram muita alergia. E foi nos retirado um sobrelençol a partir do segundo dia - não sei o motivo. Internet ok por todo o hotel. Tem atividades diversas conforme idade (a partir de 4 anos) - minhas filhas têm 1 e 3 anos, então não chegaram a participar. Tudo é caro por lá. Achei estranho (vi somente depois) que houve variação de preço conforme o bar. Paguei 13 reais num sorvete Kibom M&M em um bar e no outro paguei 15\. Média de preços: coca 290ml $7; água gás 500ml $6; côco $13; budweiser lata $12; drink alexander $22; 1h de bike $20; passeio charrete $20; pedalinho $10; Gostei dos cuidados para buffet, com luvas, embora vi pessoas usando mesma luva para voltar ao buffet. É preciso se programar para os gastos no hotel, pois não é All-inclusive.
