From couples to large families, or a group of hunting buddies, the 2 acre shelter belt surrounded backyard has kids playground equipment, plenty of room to run, and local pheasants and deer that frequent the area. Across the street adjacent from the front of the house is a private lake lot with a fire pit, dock, and a shed with water and sand toys. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1 king, 1 queen, and bunk bed with pull out twin bed. The upstairs also boasts a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry area.
