Ipswich is located in Suffolk and is famous for being one of England’s oldest towns. Set on the River Orwell, the waterfront is lined with cafes, galleries and shops. Whether you’re visiting one of the town's museums, following the Blue Plaque trail or simply wandering the Tudor and Victorian streets you will discover old English sights, sounds and stories throughout Ipswich.  
  
The property is situated on a quiet residential street with a 5 minute drive of central Ipswich and the Train Station. If you need to stretch your legs, it is around a 35 minute walk to central Ipswich. There is a large Asda supermarket 2 minutes walk from the property, as well as a handful of restaurants. The large green space of Bourne Park is just 5 minutes walk from the property.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Central Ipswich and the train station are just a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk from the property. There are also local busses that service the nearby main road, taking you into town within 15 minutes.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.   
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
