Lovely hotel, great service and fantastic pools
Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. The service, food and drinks by the pool and in the restaurant are great. The accommodation is clean and in good condition - with gorgeous views of Mylopotas Beach. Ideally close to Mylopotas beach and the restaurants. It is well serviced by a bus into town, port and other beaches. A lovely place- we will be back

Upon arriving, we were helped with our bags and given a welcome refreshment, which was so lovely, especially after a long travel. We arrived before check-in time (two hours prior), and so we waited by the pool with our drinks, which was an amazing and breathtaking view. However, we had assumed that someone would come to get us when our rooms were ready, but no one did. Ten minutes before our check-in time, we decided to go and ask. The very nice receptionist said she would check. She looked at her computer and announced that it was in fact ready. We wished that someone would have gotten us as we waited quite a long time. But we assumed they must have been busy. The view from our room was beautiful, but the room itself was very basic. For the price that you are paying, we had expected something a little more, but the view and the pool were gorgeous. Again, at this hotel, you are mostly paying for location more than anything else. Our first night, we had no hot water as well. But once my husband spoke to the receptionist, they sent someone right away. The hot water was back twenty minutes later. That was nice, especially since it was approx. 11pm when this happened. Great service on that front! The breakfast was awesome too! So much to choose from! We were very happy with it! We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat but would not pay the same we had paid this time around. If it was a little cheaper, a definite recommendation! But again, the location was perfect – right o

The most beautiful hotel in Ios. Staff is incredible, the views are breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Breakfast is delivered to the room pool side. 10/10 recommended.

Rooms to small and old Pool area limited chairs and umbrellas they have like 15 bed pools and 10 umbrellas Horrible drinks If you need to go to the beach extra fee to rent umbrellas and chairs and names to consume food from Restaurants Elevator to small .

The best hotel we have ever stayed! The two pools are lovely and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was great. The rooms could do with a bit more furniture (no chair or mirror so made it difficult to get ready)

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon & we LOVED it. From the hotel arranging our transportation from the port, to upgrading our room at check-in, to the amazing service they provided, we cant say enough good things about this hotel. In addition to all this, the hotel was stunning, our room had an incredible view, the pools were stunning & you had option of two pools. The breakfast buffets was amazing and had plenty of options. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay and plan to go back. Our room was great but it was the staff that really made the experience—that and the incredible turquoise ocean just outside. When we said we loved fresh fish, staff made a reservation at Drakos, a walk along the beach, which was amazing. We went back the next night too, for the best fish soup we’ve had in Greece. If you have limited mobility, be sure to mention it in your reservation—our room was on the 7th level, up 2 elevators and multiple short flights of stairs. Our balcony was very private, overlooking the ocean, but it was a trek. Basically, we loved Ios and the hotel and plan to return with family.

Ios Palace had the friendliest, most accommodating staff. Even before our rooms were ready, they allowed us to relax at the pool and begin enjoying our time there. The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The only downside was that the regular rooms were a little small if you had 2 people staying in them

My stay at Ios Palace was absolutely amazing. While it is a beautiful, clean hotel in a convenient location, what stood out for me most was the staff. They were always extremely kind, accommodating and helpful, from before our stay and the entire time throughout. They were easily accessible at any hour and truly made our stay an incredible experience.

Pristine with gorgeous views! The staff here could not have been more accommodating. I am a little on the older out of shape side of the fence and my room was up on top. The view from up there could not be beat but the climb a bit strenuous for me. They gladly moved me to a lower level as soon as they were able.

Our free mini shuttle bus driver met us at the ferry port. Check in was easy. Lovely refreshing welcome drink given while we waited a short time for our room to be ready. Our room overlooked the pool and the beautiful sea. Such an amazing view. The room was very clean but very minimalistic There is very little in the room. A TV which we didn’t use, Two very small built in tables and one plastic chair. The patio had a table and 2 cane chairs. We had a wonderful stay here and would definetly come back if we had the chance. You need to be aware of 2 things. The queen bed is up against a wall on one side so my husband had to crawl down to the end of the bed to get out. There are no side tables. If you use the over head shower, the water floods the floor, so we just used the hand held shower head to prevent that. The breakfasts were wonderful. Plenty to choose from and a delightful outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the morning. The staff are very professional, neat and tidy and respectful. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The water is clean and clear. We loved our 4 day stay here.

By far one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at throughout Greek islands and the world! Ios itself was even better than I expected, we chose to visit on a whim and ended up last minute staying an extra night and canceling our previous plans back to Mykonos because it was so lovely! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all hours. Extremely amazed at everyone’s ability and commitment to wearing masks while working hard in the scorching heat. The location is perfectly located overlooking the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Transport from the ferry is provided. The main pool and rooftop pool were phenomenal and have an unrealistically beautiful view. The pool bartender, Vicky, was outstanding at preparing world class cocktails promptly and one of the most memorable souls of our trip, gave us great todo/restaurant advice and even lended a most heartfelt helping hand when I was having a rough night, extremely grateful to have met her! The hotel itself is the perfect mix of class, cleanliness, traditional Greek culture and cuisine, and the privacy you want. We especially enjoyed the multitude of staircases to explore throughout the hotel finding endless picture perfect views for those model worthy shots. Elevators are available on all floors. I was amazed by the entire facilities hospitality and patience. This was my third time in Greece and 9th island visited, but my friend and I plan on coming back to Ios Palace every year until we are no longer able!

If you are looking to vacation in paradise, the Ios Palace Hotel & Spa is where you want to be. The rooms are great with beautiful views of the sea. They have multiple saltwater pools that are refreshing. The staff is amazing, friendly and there for your needs. The best location on the island. We have been to other places in Greece and this is our favorite.

We LOVED our stay at Ios Palace. The staff was so wonderful, the location is ideal for a beach vacation and the rooms were spacious, well updated and clean. The breakfast is like no other hotel breakfast I've had, it was amazing. We actually looked forward to breakfast every morning because of how wonderful it was. The staff went above and beyond to help with transportation, things to do, etc. It was a fantastic experience and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed the pools and the beautiful view, however our room smelled terrible and the shutters of the hotels made a lot of noise at night during the wind making it very difficult to sleep. The bed was not comfortable. The buffet breakfast is okay.

Great hotel with wonderful views. Two beautiful pools and a great pool bar with amazing cocktails! The breakfast was varied and delicious. Only drawback would be a slightly outdated bathroom and lifts (but we ended up using the stairs so it was fine). Would still highly recommend

Great view of sea, nice hotel bit you can see some parts of toilet/shower room had some update and aged interiors and amenities. Staff could be more efficient and expected much higher customer service than what I received.

When we arrived, the hotel was completely full; however, there was very few people that used the main pool. It was like we had our own pool for days we were there. It was clean, staff friendly, room was fantastic and had a great view of Mylopotas beach from up high. The restaurant at the hotel was ok, but nothing spectacular for the price. The little italian run restaurant further down was tastier.

The overall package is the best in Ios.the The location is 10/10, and the staff. Is to be commended for their welcoming demeanour. The poolside bar, managed by Dinos serves an excellent range of unique cocktails in addition to all non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Perfect location to best beach in Ios. Hotel has two awesome pools also. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast included is amazing. Well worth the money. Only negative is horrible WiFi in the room. If you need to stay connected, I would be concerned (hotel has two nice computers in lobby jic).

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the bed beyond comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of the highest quality and selection. The view is incredible. A truly great place to stay in Ios.
