Gebaut wurde es im Jahre 1983\. Nach vielen Jahren Wanderkino entschloß sich die Familie Thanner, auch aufgrund der Bemühungen des damaligen Kurdirektors, Herrn Preinfalk, sich im "Inzeller Außerfeld" niederzulassen und ein Kino zu eröffnen. Inzeller Stammgäste kennen meist noch das kleine gemütliche Kino in den Kellerräumen. Hier wurde jeder noch persönlich begrüßt, denn Frau Thanner kannte die meisten Kinobesucher mit Namen und Hausgäste hatten oft freien Kinoeintritt. An die "Alpenlichtspiele" erinnert heutzutage nichts mehr im und am Haus. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Feriengäste liegt uns jedoch auch heute noch sehr am Herzen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, unsere Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen und sind stets darauf bedacht, dass die Urlauber einen Ansprechpartner für Ihre Wünsche im Haus finden. Zum Zentrum/Restaurants und Busbahnhof sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse und ist etwas größer als es auf den Bildern scheint.
