Welcome to Zen Spot!
Welcome to this unique and private sanctuary!! Airy & open floor plan with bamboo floors, deluxe bedding pebble stone shower and much more!! Split floor plan with master suite pool access.
You will be given access to the garage and are able to enter and exit the home securely using your smart phone or handheld remote.
The BBQ and pool are for your enjoyment! Toys are in the garage as well as towels. NO DIVING and children must be monitored by an adult at ALL TIMES. The house and pool enclosure are exclusively for you, the renter.
The fish pond and watering/ care of all plants is maintained by owner. Enjoy feeding the Koi while sitting in the garden. (1 scoop per day) The plants located in the pool enclosure as well as the pool maintenance may require attention; if you are staying longer than a week, arrangement will be made to take care of pool and plants in this private area with your permission. The pool is maintained by Ryan every Friday and he will gain access through the screen room on street side of enclosure.
Laundry is in the garage and can be used throughout your stay.

the house was not proprly maintain small end tables with object on them pool was the only thing that was good odor of plkants by the pool spider lillies would get in your face when when you sat at the table outside foam mattress on the master bed very,very diffcult to get out of i tried to get out and i hurt my back so bad i had to go to the emergencyroom two shots for muscle spasm with pain pills only slept in it one night came home after 2 nights there would not recome it to any one

#### Perfect retreat
The Zen Retreat is just that. While in town to conduct family business we had a wonderful place to relax. The heated salt water pool was divine. We were grateful for a clean, calm space to restore. The koi pond is lovely, and the wildlife habitat was visited by colorful birds and butterflies we could watch from the pool.

We enjoyed our week at Zenspot. Yard was lovely. My wife enjoyed feeding the Koi in the pond each day. The saltwater pool was fabulous. Nancy keeps the water temperature at a comfortable 86°. We enjoyed grilling and eating poolside. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and in good condition. We would stay there again.

#### Not so private getaway
When we first arrived to the house we were in love with the look of everything. It all felt so peaceful and serene. We were a little put off with the fact that someone was living in the attached garage apartment that hadn't been directly disclosed. As we walked around the koi pond area exploring the wildlife, we completely overlooked the path that lead directly a dog gate and nosey neighbor. We noticed it when the neighbor was out there poking her head into our yard while "looking for her friend Violet". Violet didn't disappoint and showed right up at our back gate, upsetting our small dog who we had brought on vacation with us. This confirmed that the owner was living in the attached garage apartment. It was at this moment that our private vacation suddenly felt watched. Every day this went on with the neighbor, Sue (and her dogs) and Violet. One day when my husband and I ran out to pick up dinner we left our son home with the garage door open and within 7 minutes Nancy had messaged me to say she "noticed the garage door was left open with no car home and she could close the door remotely". It left me feeling monitored all week and gave me a slight edge of anxiety. The beds and linens were fabulous! The listing shows 3 bathrooms and only has 2\. The pool was amazing, though not so private. If I could make a suggestion to the owner it would be to put up a privacy fence in the back corner of the yard, not everyone wants to share their vacation with Sue or Violet.

This place is great for those of us who want a quiet stay. The pool area is very private due to fencing and foliage. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals to enjoy. The beds are outstandingly comfortable. The only draw back was proximity to the bike path, but I would definitely stay here again. The host Nancy is very responsive to needs and a pleasant person to meet.

We had a wonderful time at “The Zen Spot”. We stayed for 30 peaceful days. We loved relaxing by the pool and listening to the waterfall in the Koi pond. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our little pup Roxy loved exploring the yard. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. She helped us with things to do and see. Restaurant suggestions were much appreciated. The seafood restaurant “The Freezer” was our favorite place to eat. Beautiful getaway…..we’ll be back.

#### LOOK NO FURTHER - THIS IS IT!!!
Absolutely the best vacay ever!!! We never left ... except for groceries (less than 5 miles). If you love relaxing & chilling...you'll love the Zen Spot. Everything described on-line was 100% accurate. It literally met EVERY 'must have' that I filtered. The salt water pool is perfect. Hence why we never left. The lanai is spacious with gorgeous plants, flowers, plenty of seating & comfy cushions everywhere! The pool gets full sun during the day & it was so relaxing just floating...you'll find a large variety of floats/noodles already provided. The owner Nancy?? Do not know where to begin... she is extremely accommodating & truly cares about her guests. The home is loaded with so many extras. Garage was perfect... keeping my vehicle out of the sun. No need to 'overpack' clothing... the washer/dryer were very handy. Nancy is very sweet & such a joy to meet & chat with. Sooooo.... book now. You'll be amazed when you first walk-in....did NOT want to leave. Already picking dates for next visit. Thank You Nancy!! No disappointment what so ever. ;)

Great communication with the host Nancy. She was polite and quick to respond. The property is tranquil and convenient to going to all that Citrus County has to offer. Our family enjoyed the pool and backyard area, it was perfect for the kids. The property is very clean, it’s impressive! All the items you need are in the stocked kitchen! After your long day of vacationing or lounging in the pool you can grill if you don’t want to cook, and really just feel at home here. 5 ⭐️ Thank you for the great time!

Nancy, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The home was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

#### Amaaaaazing Rental
We are from MI and came to FL to meet our 3 mos old Great Great Nephew... The Zen Spot rental was everything and More that our Family could have asked for!!! The house was is well stocked with everything you could need including pool floats... Between the nice neighborhood and Serenity of the backyard you feel like your in Paradise! We are already looking at dates to go back & visit again 😍
