Pack in all the city's highlights on a sightseeing bus tour, or wander through its streets and along its river banks to discover great museums, galleries and shopping. It's the perfect place to uncover one of Scotland's most tumultuous periods of history - the Jacobite Risings. See where the last battle on British soil played out at Culloden, or visit nearby Fort George, an impressive 18th century military garrison. Or how about some monster hunting? Head to Loch Ness to take a loch cruise to try and spot the elusive Nessie, or explore one of the country's most iconic ruins, Urquhart Castle As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
