The living area opens out onto a courtyard garden with Bbq and an outdoor dining area perfect for outdoor meals. The large kitchen has all the modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and a large kitchen bench perfect for gathering around and chatting about your day at the beach. A downstairs Laundry area also includes a toilet for your convenience. Upstairs comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, the master has its own ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioning. The main bathroom services the 2nd bedroom and the bunk area. A roof top deck is a great place for entertaining, taking in the sea views and the beautiful night sky. Situated within close walking distance to the beach, foreshore reserves, and town centre, this property also includes a double lock up garage. Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking. Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
