A large room downstairs has 2 sets of King Single bunks and a Sofa Bed -Queen, a great chill out zone for teenagers as it has its own lounge and TV area, free Wifi and direct access to the back yard. A shower and separate toilet are located with the laundry to service this area.

Upstairs there are two living areas either side of the house, the back living area has an open fire and would be a cosy spot during the colder months. The front living area has air conditioning and comfy couches and TV. The perfect spot to relax in when you have had a big day at the beach. The stunning new kitchen and dining area are centrally located in between with access to the back deck. The front deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ. There is also another outdoor setting located in the back yard.

Two further bedrooms with queen beds all newly decorated are also located upstairs serviced by the main bathroom which has been fully renovated. A large spacious back yard is a great space for young kids to run and play, it also includes a Trampoline and Table Tennis Table. There is also a range of water sport equipment available for use.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
