This lovely sunny front house sits a stones throw from the beautiful Queens park and a comfortable 1 0 minute walk to the city centre. The house has a 8.0 kw heat pump but its sunny aspect warms this house up so well . Views of Queens park from full length windows and the veranda are an added attraction . The master bedroom has a very comfortable new queen bed and double wardrobe . The second bedroom has a new king bed that can split into two singles if required . There is a shower and a bath in the central bathroom with a separate toilet next door. Open plan living with a huge couch sits well with the neat and tidy kitchen. Off street parking including a garage is a nice bonus. There is a washing machine and drier in a seperate laundry with outside access to the washing line.
