Located within a small building with ample parking nearby, the apartment offers a perfect starting point to enjoy the beauty of Valsassina. It is situated on the first floor, with entry via a small external landing. Upon entering, you step into a small hallway that opens onto the left into the kitchen and living room, and to the right into the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and a bathroom. A terrace runs along the entire apartment, benefiting from excellent sunlight. Other services provided to our guests include Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and much more to discover. All furnishings have been modernized, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. The building is in the heart of the village, with shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities just steps away.
