« After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone.
