Unfortunately the unit didn't work for us as we end up by staying only 2 nights there. The location was good and quite, near N Conway with easy access to shops, stores and restaurants. On the top level there are the living room and kitchen with only 1 wall a/c for the whole unit. The 2 bedrooms with the bath are on the low level that is under ground and a musty/moldy smell was present. The most annoying issue was that the hardwood floors were very squeaky especially with the bedrooms downstairs and with different bed time hours for us. We communicate with the owner but as it was more a 'us' issue and noting that could be fixed from his side, we decided to look for something else and enjoy the rest of our vacation in NH. ##### emilia a. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant.
