« J'ai commandé un room service. Je l'ai payé. Le repas n'est jamais venu et l'hôtel veut une preuve de ce que j'avance alors que la cuisine prétend ne jamais avoir reçu la commande, la réception avait promis / juré de régler cette affaire. Je viens de téléphoner et envoyé le reçu du paiement. Mais rien n'avait été fait. Soit leur système par QR code ne marche pas (sauf pour le paiement), soit ... Je ne sais pas. »
