"I was traveling just for a weekend. The first night my sibling woke up because they felt itchiness. We found a bed bug on their bed. I had requested a room change. The receptionist was very nice and helped me out with it. But told me another room wouldn’t be ready until past 11am. Which was fine, I went sight seeing and when coming back later on the day. They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body. "

"We had a great stay at Coast Seattle. Stayed for 3 nights on the 21st floor. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. Staff brought a microwave for us promptly upon request. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The housekeeper was so sweet. She told me she has worked there for 27 years! Every request we had was met with professionalism. The pleasant attitude of the staff was refreshing. Great place to stay. "

"They were very very busy, but managed it well. I didn’t wait long for anything, even though it appeared they were full. Staff was hustling, but friendly, knew what they were doing, and didn’t seem miserable or overwhelmed and stressed out. Room was clean and large and well appointed for an airport hotel."
