The property is conveniently situated just 1.5 km from the town center, providing a peaceful and sunny retreat in a residential area while being within easy reach of local amenities.

The house is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a central heating system, a washing machine, and a drying room for your convenience. Parking is available on-site for up to two cars, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Unit Layout  
This 4-room house spans two levels and covers an area of 95 square meters. The spacious living area, which was partially renovated in 2022, features an open living/dining room with a dining nook and cable TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra charge). Additionally, it includes a raclette grill and a fondue set for cheese. On the same floor, you'll find a bath/WC and underfloor heating. The top floor houses two rooms, each with a double bed (90 cm x 200 cm), and a balcony exit. There's also a third room with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The rooms are carpeted, and there's a small south-facing balcony with a patio.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, and allows pets (two pets/dogs). It also features a private patio, heat available (underfloor heating), and a television (cable TV). The maximum capacity is five guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. Terrace furniture is provided, and there's a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm on-site for your safety. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests have access to free WiFi internet and a hair dryer during their vacation stay.
