### Cozy Cayuga Lakeside Retreat
Cozy cottage with stunning views. Perfect for enjoying lake activities with gorgeous views and comfortable, large patio with stone fireplace. Comes with use of three kayaks, four paddle boards, four fishing poles, and spacious dock. Fifteen minutes from Taughannock Falls State Park, and twenty minutes from Ithaca’s countless amenities. Or explore local wineries. Three bedrooms and a pull out couch in living room. Comes with central air, cable tv with 56” tv, washer and dryer, stone fireplace outside, charcoal grill and covered patio and porch. Unfortunately boat use does not come with rental.
PS: “Pink Room” is no longer pink and bunk beds have been replaced by a double.

#### Lovely Cottage
Had a wonderful week in the well stocked cottage. Enjoyed the Kayaks and the patio. The cottage was very comfortable and airy mostly kept the windows open enjoying the breezes but the air conditioning came in hand on two still nights. Lovely stay owners very responsive and cottage comfy, great combination!

#### The Cabin Experience
We enjoyed our stay in the area and at the cabin. There were four other cabins/houses near ours, with the closest being right next door, about 10 feet away. No one was staying in it while we were there so it was a quite week. The road from the highway to the cabin is gravel and well maintained but it is also all downhill so keep that in mind if you are planning on renting during the winter months and you don't have a vehicle that can deal with that. Other than that the only suggestion we would make to the owners would be to add a shelving unit (maybe in the dinning area) for their renters to put their groceries on as there was no room in any of the cabinets.

#### Awesome Place!
My family had a fantastic stay at this sweet little cottage. It was clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and cleaning products and all the necessities were available. The owners are kind and extremely responsive, they really thought of everything (there were even doggie life vests). It was easy to see the love they put into the place. Many fish, including a huge brown trout, were caught from the dock. The view of the lake from the cottage and patio area is gorgeous. The only issue I had was that the larger back bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress. This seems to be a problem for us whenever we go, I don’t think I’ve ever slept on a great mattress in a vacation rental. The mattress in the smallest bedroom where the kiddo slept wasn’t too bad though. If you are thinking about staying in this area with a small family/group, don’t hesitate in booking this place. We would definitely stay here again!

#### RIGHT ON THE LAKE
What a perfect house for a getaway with friends. The house really was RIGHT ON THE LAKE - with all the amenities to match. The kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, life jackets, everything to just get right in the gorgeous water. And sitting on the dock at night to stargaze was icing on the cake. I loved this house so much. Remote enough to feel fully relaxed, but close enough to wineries, Ithaca, hiking trails, and more. I absolutely cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and views from the cabin (right on the lake) and it's convenience to everything we wanted to do. Owners were great to work with and very responsive. We will be back!

#### love this house! perfect lakeside weekend!
This property is even better than it appears in the listing! House was everything i hoped for and more. Beautiful shared living room with lots of light, charming porch with rocking chairs, gorgeous patio with fire pit and grill, the fabulous dock with chairs for some serious lake relaxation! I've stayed in the finger lakes a few times and this was by far my best experience. Fall foliage made it extra special, but I would stay here again almost any time of year. We were 4 people, 2 couples, but house could just as comfortably fit 3 couples. Perfect location, quiet and private but close to many wineries, state parks for hiking, Ithaca, and more. Easy check-in. Can't wait to come back!

#### Very well kept
Great views nice cozy cabin style house great place to entertain. Would recommend to group of 3-4 couples looking to relax by fire and drink/ or sit by lake side. Lots of steps to water but good even steps and in good shape. Overall had alot of fun and relaxed.
