Enjoy your relaxing vacation here on the beautiful island of Poel. Upon entering the apartment, you have a small kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, the dining area and the inviting living room with a comfortable sofa bed in the large living room. Between the bathroom and the bedroom is cleverly built into the alcove a spacious wardrobe and sideboard with microwave plus oven. To the right is the shower room and to the left is the separate bedroom. The apartment has a flat screen TV, CD radio, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc., so you can spend a relaxing vacation here. In one of the most beautiful places of the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, is the "southernmost island of Scandinavia" - the island of Poel. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The apartments are located in the dreamy village of Gollwitz, only about 200 m from the beach. Gollwitz is considered an insider tip of the island because of its hidden location and its very good water quality. Due to offshore sandbanks, the beach here is particularly child-friendly and there is a separate dog beach. Die ganze Insel ist wunderbar, man konnte dort sehr gut entspannen. Sehr ruhig und sauber auf der ganzen Insel.Wir sind nicht pingelig aber die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, wann wurde das letzte Mal richtig sauber gemacht??? Fingerdick Staub überall. Es gab Zudecken und Kopfkissen in einem Schrank, da sind sie wohl die letzten 10 Jahre auch gewesen, total braun und fleckig.Das helle Sofa voll mit irgendwelchen Flecken.Die Dusche ist völlig verdreckt die Fugen vergilbt. Das Waschbecken im WC ist undicht. WC Brille und Deckel total locker. Küchenabwaschbecken hatte keinen passenden Stöpsel, deshalb musste in einem großen Topf abgewaschen werden. Ja, es gab eine Spülmaschine, aber nur zwei Taps. Warm/Kaltmischbatterie vom WC und Küche nicht einstellbar, entweder kochend heiß oder Eiswasser.Eine 1/4 Rolle Klopapier gab es, aber keine Handseife oder Spüli.Die Kühlschranktür schließt nicht.nur wenn man einen Stuhl davor stellt (Problem besteht wohl schon seit 1 Jahr, laut Rezession). Es gab dort nur einen Staubbesen und einen Handstaubsauger der keine Leistung hatte und stank. Vieles Defekt oder zerbrochen: Unterbaulampen Küchenzeile defekt, eine von dreien Glas kaputt. Eine Nachttischlampe Glas kaputt. Und zu guter letzt wäre auf dem Balkon noch ein Unfall passiert: der zweite Alugartenstuhl, der schon aufgeklappt da stand, klappte nach hinten weg, ich hatte Glück das ich nicht mit dem Kopf an die Hausmauer geknallt bin, dem Stuhl fehlten zwei Schrauben! ##### Andreas S.
