Regarding the "rude" clerk, he did his best he could in the situation, since there was no list received by the hotel as you claim. Also when told that the beds are double one of your guests had a problem and you were given free upgrade so the lady can sleep on the couch, so that wasnt rude but rather generous from him considering that we were almost fully booked during those dates. We can assure you that all of our staff is highly professional, polite and have all the best feedback from our guests. We are sorry that is not the case with you.
