The facade is unimposing, but the inside of the rooms are wonderful. Wooden floors, large windows, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, good curtains, and we never heard anyone else our entire stay. We loved it! The staff was always polite and pleasant. The drive up to Seefeld slopes was always easy and about 15 minutes. We would certainly return!

We had completely forgotten about our dinner evening of our first of four days’ stay😔. The staff kindly searched and explained our charge. Prior to our error, they had presented us Christmas presents and cookies.

I found this hotel to be exactly what I wanted. We wanted the ease and walk ability of a hotel with a bar/restaurant attached, as well as the quiet of a smaller town. The views are beautiful and everyone was very accommodating. The bed was slightly softer than I usually prefer, and the heat was cranked way up but I like firm mattresses and run warm so normal people probably enjoyed those features haha

Stayed one night on 10/12 traveling from Cortina to Munich. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel, the full service restaurant, and the overall location in the Zirl valley. This hotel is an easy 15 minute drive into downtown Innsbruck.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great .Restaurant was great too. Room was tiny and mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The shower was tiny and the toilet was square with a round toilet seat that did not fit

Beautiful old traditional building with lovely carved woodwork throughout. It really is a beautiful hotel. Food was nice in the hotel as well. My only complaint would be the cleaners knocking the bedroom door several times at least half an hour before checkout time 11am). I would use this hotel again

The staff is amazing and so helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful. The little town is just outside of Innsbruck and everything is easily accessible.

Cool alpine hotel with views on two sides of the hotel, which is hard to come by. I was pleasantly surprised at the physical location of the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and elegant in the common areas. The room was decent, but the lighting wasn’t great and the shower was tiny. We stayed for a visit to Innsbruck and the commute wasn’t too bad. Worth the free parking I’d say. I’d definitely stay again!
