Dear guest,we are sorry that the room was too small. Unfortuantely you booked the room with the picture on expedia.com clearly showing the window as well as the roof incline.Our front desk staff is available from 7am to 10pm and if there were diffrent rooms available they would have happily helped you with your difficulties and changed your room category.We are very sorry about the internet. The issue has been adressed and we are working with our internet provider to make changes and future guest's stay as comfortable as possible.Thank you for your feedback.

Dear Guest,We are sorry to hear that you had such an awful stay in our Hotel Maximilian - Stadthaus Penz.We have new staff in our Housekeeping department so after we excused ourselves we reviewed the issue and told every new employee again that thay should not enter if there is a 'do not disturb sign'. We also addressed the issue with hung towels again and os far there has not been a problem anymore. Maybe we should have made it clearer to you that we would address the issue internally as well.The internet has been an issue for a while and we are not able to fix it yet, so we have to apologize for the inconvenience!We rarely get complaints about the breakfast so we are a little bit surprised as to what was lacking. There is a big fruit selection, cheese, bacon, eggs, different kinds of milk, cereal and more. We would very much appreciate an email with your missing preffered breakfast foods so we can futher improve.As for the other complaints during your stay:Your reservation was made for a 'Single Room' with a queen bed not a 'Double Room', so we were not aware that the room was too small in your opinion, otherwise we would have gladly looked for an alternative.Additionally our hotel is in the center of the city and we do not ever advertise that we have big rooms since the building is one of the historic old town buildings in Innsbruck's city center, the 'Old Town'.The pillows, towels and other amenities are always dependent on the number of guests. Since we are a family owned hotel and prize ourselfs for our friendliness the staff at the front desk is always more than happy to provide extra pillows, towels and other things if our guests just asks.
