« We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay! »

« Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of this property did not meet a reasonable standard. There were visible handprints and marks on all the walls, from the baseboards up toward the ceiling. While the carpets appeared to have been vacuumed, they were heavily soiled and appeared not to have been professionally cleaned in a long time. They felt quite dirty, to the point that I was uncomfortable walking on them without shoes. There were also several maintenance and safety...

« I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well. »

« We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund. This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. I have always been very happy with vrbo, but it will be a while before I use them again. The support team from vrbo...

« Hey, I left you a five star review but I wanted to give you some feedback on the listing from one host to another for the fee that we paid for the property. 8/10 Bien
