Friday Harbour Resort is a year round luxury destination only an hour away from Toronto that incudes spectacular outdoor activities and events. Winter activities include hiking the well groomed and maintained trails, fat bike rentals, ice skating on outdoor rinks with skate rentals, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing! Dine at one of the resorts fine dining restaurants (reservations highly recommended to avoid disappointment) or cook up a gourmet meal with the fully stocked kitchen and Weber BBQ from the onsite fresh market grocery shop. The fire pit table on the balcony was a great addition to feel cozy after sunset. In case you wanted to dine out, the restaurants were in a short walking distance. If you preferred to cook, the kitchen was equipped with dishes, cooking oil, spices.
