"Nice modern, clean hotel with comfortable room and nice staff. However the doors slam incredibly loudly relative to a typical hotel and hallway neighbors coming and going all night and well into the early morning kept my family awake. "

"We had a nice stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful! They gave my sons a little gift bag of goodies that made them excited. Parking was easy.
The hotel room was dated and needed some upgrading. Everything worked as it should but it is showing its age. The sides of the paneling on the wall is falling off. Other than that it was clean and functioned for our family. "
"The room was quiet and the staff kept it clean, And cheerful,.... what i didnt like was the walk to my event, though not your fault, it was way quieter and cleaner than the last hotel we stayed at in 2022."
"We waited 20 minutes for someone to come & check us into a dirty room (crumbs all over the floor and dental floss in the shower). The room was very large but strangely bare. Seemed as if a large TV had been sold off and a smaller one was just put on the desk with no regard to wire placement etc. No glasses at all in the room. Just a strange experience overall."
"This property is right on the inner harbor and right next to Little Italy. A lot of shopping and restaurants near by. Book here and you won’t regret it. "

"I stayed here primarily for its location. I was attending an event at the CFG Bank Arena and wanted to be able to park at the hotel and walk where I needed to go while in the city. I found the room comfortable, with the expected amenities, and I will probably stay here the next time I visit."

"The front desk employee was efficient, professional and very accommodating. The only thing was that distinct smell of “hotel” or smoke or just stinky feet?!?!"

"This RRI was very typical to others we have stayed in. Room was small but it served its purpose. It was actually pretty quiet being so close to an airport. We went to Baltimore for a 5 day metal fest, and this location couldnt have been more perfect, and even getting in late there were still restaurants open."
