"Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit privatem Tiefgaragenplatz und mit Café-Bar direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster. Hierdurch kommt es zu Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung (u.a. Zigarettenrauch). Das Gebäude und die Wohnung sind entgegen der Beschreibung nicht neu, sondern teilrenoviert. Alles ist gepfegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. "
