"I had a really great experience at Villas at playa de coco! I was a solo traveller so I was prioritizing feeling safe, having access to food onsite, and learning about the local culture. All of this was met with my stay. Fred, the owner, made sure all accommodations were ready and was extremely friendly to ensure my stay was great. It was very clean and quiet (I stayed during slow season). There was laundry so I was able to come home with clean clothes. The outdoor shower was incredible and let me watch the sunset while I got ready for dinner. Golf carts were so convenient to get to the village and everyone was so friendly. Even though it was slow season the service was not lacking. I had snorkeling booked one day and the place cancelled last minute due to “not enough people”. This was a big reason I went to Belize. Fred worked to get me out that day anyway and I ended up having a private tour around one of the Cayes. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!"
