"Karen’s place is beautiful. Super clean and well stocked with most things you would need. The pool and hot tub area were perfect! We grilled out a couple times and it was nice that all 8 of us fit at the table to eat together. The beach access is right across the street. We loved being able to have our dog with us. We utilized the huge front porch a ton and it was awesome to be out there during some heavy rains that hit. The view of the ocean was great. We did not get to meet Karen but her husband Dwight was so kind and helpful. He immediately responded to us with a couple small requests and made every effort to accommodate us quickly. We would definitely stay again. We had a great time there!"
"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs.
Parking garage is definitely tight for parking. "

"The house had a great location, and we enjoyed having such a short walk to the beach every day. The house was well stocked with beach supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was well kept and the beds were comfortable, too. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax with our extended family. Our kids really enjoyed the game room! We would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was amazing! The whole place is awesome. Knowing the condo is stocked with all the beach items and the kitchen has all the things you need is such a relief. Lori and Jeff are fantastic to deal with and were there when we needed to call. We are already planning our next family trip. So blessed to have been able to stay here this week for the second time. Hope to have many more family vacations here. Love all the space. We had 14 people and we never felt like we needed more room. Thank you so much Lori and Jeff for having us!!!! "
"Love the fact that we all could sit at the dining table whether to eat or play games! For us the two refrigerators was spot on……one for food items and the other for drinks. The accommodations were quite adequate for the 12 of us."
