Excellent hotel & good location as it's near the train station. Great breakfast buffet & restaurant. Gym & sauna are very nice. However! Many near-by storefronts are vacant & streets are a bit rough-take a cab back at night. Hopefully the area will be soon revitalized.

I am really struggling with the current rating of this hotel? 8.3 if this was a two star maybe? Where to start. The corridors and room stank of smoke. Non smoking floor btw. Toilet stank. Linen wasn’t clean. Had to use deodorants and perfume multiple times a day. Sink didn’t drain properly. Zero amenities in the room one kettle and coffee. A combi shampoo and conditioner? The door has the structural integrity of a paper cup. No additional locking mechanism. Corridors look akin to a 80’s leisure centre. Breakfast had flies everywhere. Check in was V basic. I travel a lot and this has probably been the worst 4 star I have ever stayed in. I invite someone to come re-grade this hotel.

Die Lobby/ Bar, Frühstücksbereich und die Zimmer wurden umgestaltet und modernisiert. Dies ist sehr gelungen. Die Fenster in den Zimmern sind älter und lassen Kälte und Umgebungsgeräusche hinein. Dies ist besonders Nachts störend. Gute Verdunkelungsvorhänge, gute Erreichbarkeit, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Hotel a 10 minutos caminando de la estación central. Habitación amplia con cama grande y cómoda. Limpieza correcta. Baño pequeño pero funcional (con ducha). Desayuno buffet completo y variado (aunque la sala, a veces, se queda un poco pequeña y toca esperar). También sirven cenas (estuvo bien). Atención del personal correcta. Buena relación calidad - precio. Si vuelvo a Múnich repetiré.

Dieses Hotel hat das Schlechteste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis was ich je gesehen habe! Zimmerpreise über 200€ für ein altes Stadthotel! 29€ für Parken in der Tiefgarage! Frühstück völlig überfüllt, aber Buffet ok! An der BAR ungeschultes Personal! Am Besten man bestellt Flaschenbier. Dann kann nichts schief gehen!
