Loved the hotel, the breakfast and the town.
Really great hotel in a charming, quiet little town on the Danube. Super room—clean, comfortable, well decorated. Dedicated bicycle storage. Great breakfast. Terrific hotel (and I have been cycling the world for the last 900 days, so know a good one when I find one).

Hotel was in a beautiful village on the Danube. The hotel was refurbished in 2015. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and spacious. It could get warm in a hot summer's day. The bathroom door is half clear and this can be a little off-putting if one person is still in bed! The Continental breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Parking was available on the cobbled street outside (also available in courtyard) but if busy a short walk may be necessary. We stayed one night en route from Scotland to Austria but liked it so much we stopped there on the way home. There are not many places nearby to eat (2 Italians and a traditional restaurant). We ate at one Italian both times and the food was good though staff were a bit surly. Beware also of constant annoying flies indoor and out. The place is a bit off the the main Autobahn but well worth a detour. I would definitely go back.
